Feel free to contact us to discuss any of the questions you may have. This is a list of more common questions that may be of interest to you.
You may reach us by phone or email. A practitioner will reply to you by e-mail or phone dependent on your preferred contact method within 48 regular business hours if we are unable to answer your incoming call. Any questions or concerns you might have may be discussed as well as any issues you may be coming to therapy with.. We will look at booking you in with an appropriate practitioner and scheduling the initial intake session.
Your session times are made and prepared specifically for you. Please provide us more than 48 hours notice if you are unable to make a scheduled appointment. 72 hours or more notice is preferred. This allows us to offer the time slot to someone who may be waiting to see a psychotherapist.
Missed Sessions and Late Cancelations: Will be subject to the full session fee.
